Beer + Food + Photos + Words.

It all began with an idea, a way to merge beer and food but also a way to change the course of my life. It worked.

Three cookbooks, dozens of TV appearances, menus created for pubs all over the world, and here I am, a cooking with beer expert. I like this strange convergence of skills, a Venn diagram of services that are both cobbled together and wholly unique. I’m a photographer specializing in breweries, bars, beer and food, I’m a recipe developer with a focus on cooking with beer, and I’m a writer of stories about the world of beer.
